Description
The changes needed to update the client to use the new benchmark version.

This is not ready to review/merge, but serves as an example of what changes would be needed to integrate microsoft#26638.
Currently some results files are included showing what data would be produced, and there is some more work needed before this would all work (report merging, data upload changes etc).
