Downgrade the Go toolchain to `1.25.8` for compatibility with `golangci-lint`, as it does not yet support Go `1.26`.
Fixes for some tools that did not return `t.AllParams` for the `GetParameters()` when template parameter exists. 🛠️ Fixes #2720
