用法

1. 放置告示牌
2. 看向告示牌
3. 执行命令!!tp_sign <x> <y> <z> <dimension> <remark>
   其中<x> <y> <z>为目的地坐标，需要为整数
   <dimension>为目的地所在维度，可选值为overworld、the_nether、the_end
