Pagination component updates

The pagination component has been updated to use GOV.UK pagination.

If you're not using Nunjucks macros, you should update your HTML to include the markup from the GOV.UK pagination component:

If you're using Nunjucks macros, you do not need to change anything. However, the results count is now under the pagination component so page layout may be affected.
