MSVC cannot use ?:, so I changed to use || instead in order to compile it on MSVC.


          Fix: Use or operator for MSVC

this is misleading as it converts things to bool, which then gives it size 1.

I find the ?: syntax so handy, but my fault for using non-standard features in library code 😞
