We should probably not be doing semver minor updates on Typescript. Our package.json specifies only patch updates:

"typescript": "~5.4.5",

Angular 18.x says it supports Typescript >=5.4.0 <5.6.0, but our build breaks on 5.5.x so realistically we must stay on 5.4.x. Why doesn't dependabot read package.json hmmm...
