Add missing <meta name="citation_journal_title" ...>, <meta name=" citation_issue" ...>, <meta name="citation_volume" ...> fields to the XHTML head section for journal article items. These are used by search engines like google scholar to index journal articles.

Adds meta name="citation_journal_title" ...>, <meta name=" citation_issue" ...>, <meta name="citation_volume" ...> tags to the section journal article item pages containing a journal title, volume and issue number in the dc.relation.ispartof, dc.citation.volume, dc.citation.issue metadata fields .
