Offline-versioned files from DUNE-DAQ/detdataformats
The DUNE Offline needs to have all versions of the data formats produced by the DUNE DAQ available for all jobs at any time. As of April 2024, all detector data formats have class names and header files with distinct names, and so directories with version numbers have not yet been required. This hasn't been the case with the DAPNE frames, but it made more sense to rename them to v2 versions and keep them around to coexist with the older versions.
