bin()이 문자열을 새로 생성하기 때문에 매우 큰 수가 연속적으로 많이 호출되면 약간의 오버헤드가 있을 수 있음 참고

dp = [0] * (len(s) + 1)
dp[len(s)] = 1
이렇게 나누는게 가독성 측면에서 좋지 않을까 남겨봅니다.
