RETCON v0.0.6 MVP for DEFCON and CHIMESH. Flash the appropriate image to an SD card boot up, and join the wifi network its supplies. Navigate to retcon.radio in a browser and click past any self-signed cert warnings. Change the SSIDE and password ASAP. Leaving it as a well known default is DANGEROUS.

• Ability to define meshchat config from RETCON config file. (MVP. Requires restart on first boot for now)
