add support for 54dk, add build preset

Changes:

• Add device tree files for nrf54dk
• Create build preset for nr54dk

Comments:

• the nrf54dk has an nmp1300 on it that is configured to output 1.8V to the microcontroller by default. the evaluation kits for the sensors have voltage regulators with minimum 3.3V so we couldn't communicate with it out the box although it seemingly did so with the 53dk
