+# How to Appeal a Ban?

+All appeals are handled through `[email protected]`

+Appeals can be for Discord Bans or Hosting Bans. They can also be used to appeal server suspensions.

+You should provide as much information as possible. This includes:
+- Detailed explanation of the situation.
+- Reasoning for unban.
+- Server IDs.
+- Panel Email.
+- Discord ID.
+- Screenshots if applicable.

+Emails are typically responsed to in 3-5 business days. You can bump your ticket if you have heard back a response in more then a week.
