🔭 I’m currently working as an IT Specialist at Nowshahr Municipality (since May 2025), where I'm employed as a Level 1 and Level 2 Help Desk Support Specialist. My core responsibilities include providing comprehensive technical assistance to end-users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues. I manage and maintain servers to ensure their optimal performance and reliability. Additionally, I am responsible for verifying that all IT services are regularly backed up to prevent data loss and support business continuity.
Beyond my office-based tasks, I often perform on-site assignments such as installing surveillance cameras throughout the city and ensuring their proper operation, particularly in locations owned by the municipality. This requires close attention to detail and a professional approach to maintaining the security infrastructure. I also utilize ticketing systems for managing user requests, escalate complex issues to higher-level IT teams when necessary, and contribute to maintaining up-to-date documentation for IT systems. My work supports the seamless operation and continual improvement of IT services within the organization.
