Updates dependencies from libdatadog
How?
rustlscrypto provider call, as its being done inddcommon, and it there's two calls to register, the process crashes.send_proxyinstead ofsendon trace flusher, if the proxy isNone, then the call to a non-proxy endpoint will be made (Maybe the API naming is not the best?).
