What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

This PR adds the App Builder onboarding modal to our docs. This includes:

  • mentioning the onboarding modal on the App Builder landing page.
  • in Build Apps, describing the various ways to create an app from the onboarding modal.
  • linking to those new sections on the App Builder landing page.
  • updating some screenshots, adding their captions, and rewriting their alt text.
