What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

The .NET profiler automatically generates heap snapshots in case of probable memory leak
Also fix version support error

Waiting for version 3.32 of https://github.com/DataDog/dd-trace-dotnet to be released

Left a small edit

Run on sentence fix. Not sure if this changes the intended meaning.
