What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

This PR moves the kubectl plugin page from the Containers > Datadog Operator section to the Containers > Kubernetes. The page is single-sourced.
To check this PR, confirm the following:
kubectl Pluginpage name/link appears in the left-hand nav under Containers > Kubernetes, and clicking this page directs you to the URL in bullet 1kubectl Pluginpage name/link does NOT appear in the left-hand nav under Containers > Datadog OperatorMerge instructions
