What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
Adds a new page to describe the dedicated Error Tracking integration in the Datadog plugin for JetBrains IDEs.
Merge instructions
The new feature should go out to customers at the start of next week, we won't merge the doc changes until then.
It is likely that we'll refresh a couple of the screenshots once the final build is done, since some small elements may change.
