Nice find with the API! I just played around with it a bit and I think we can even simplify this a bit more. If I just use https://api.hamburg.de/datasets/v1/schulen/collections/staatliche_schulen/items?f=json&limit=1000 (that is without the CRS and even without any additional headers), I get proper GeoJSON with lat and lon in the correct order. Maybe we can use that (and the nicht_staatliche_schulen equivalent) so that we don't need the invert flag for the parse function? :)
