3 Install the Application

Installing the Kasa Application

Before proceeding: Before proceeding, answer the following questions:

  • Are all the Kasa Devices installed and working through the Kasa Application?
  • Have static IP address been created in your router for all the Kasa Devices?
  • Are the Kasa IP address on the same segment as your Hubitat Hub (I.e., 192.168.50)?

Application Installation: The application's Hubitat name is "Kasa Local Integration". Follow the Hubit instructions at Install Hubitat Applications, starting at the section titled "Loading Your User Developed App"
