CMessageBox Re-Release

I have rewritten / refactored the core part of this small library. The TDMessageBox() function signature is no longer bigger than a harry potter book.

This version is NOT backward compatible with the previous. Code using TDMessageBox needs to be (partially) rewritten.
The wiki is not up to date anymore.
