Added MCP Picker instructions

Updated docs for MCP IDE installation using the picker.

Looking at this again, I think this is a bad change. I don't think the docs should guide people to use an interactive flow when a more direct flow is available with the --client flag. In other words, the fact that users are reading the docs should take the place of the interactive flow. The docs should recomment users use the --client flags and the interactive flow should help users who stumble into it directly

@jordanstephens - see my previous comment also. I think for docs, the --client flow should the primary, with perhaps a mention that we also have an interactive picker

If possible, I'd also like positional instead of client. Every time I use it, I instinctively do defang mcp setup windsurf and then realize I need to add --client=
