Overview

Support Netflix auto-deploys to preview servers for any PR.

Changes

  • deleted old untested solution to deploy to Netlify
  • added workflow to add requirements.txt for Netlify
  • added workflow to avoid human edit requirements.txt
  • added command to create requirements.txt
  • changed TESTING.md instructions
