Changes and fixes introduced in v0.5.0:

renamed input_folder parameter to input. input accepts now also (remote) archive tarball files.
better configuration setup (close to nf-core)
improved resource allocation for nextflow
improved handling of alternative splicing variants in reporting
adding test profile and nf-test based CI checks
