[TC frontier] Simplification and necessary updates

PR description:

This is a small update of the Tropical Cyclones frontier diagnostics featuring:

• a simplification of the code (no special if model== cases anymore)
• support for reader_kwargs, polytope/engine, catalog selection
• orography read from the catalogue sources
