Potential fix for https://github.com/DevCycleHQ/java-server-sdk/security/code-scanning/3

To fix the issue, add a permissions block at the root of the workflow file. Since the workflow only appears to require access to repository contents (e.g., for checking out code), the permissions can be restricted to contents: read. This ensures that the workflow operates with the least privileges necessary to complete its tasks.

The permissions block should be added immediately after the name field in the workflow file. This will apply the permissions to all jobs in the workflow.
