This commit upgrades the Expo SDK to version 54 and updates all relevant dependencies to be compatible with the new SDK. It also removes the deprecated 'edgeToEdgeEnabled' key from app.json.

This commit upgrades the Expo SDK to version 54 and updates all relevant dependencies to be compatible with the new SDK.

The following changes were made:
- Updated `expo` to `^54.0.0`
- Updated `react` to `19.1.0` and `react-native` to `0.81.0`
- Updated other `@expo/*` and `react-native-*` packages to compatible versions
- Removed the deprecated `edgeToEdgeEnabled` key from `app.json`

The application was successfully built and run after the upgrade.
