project-view의 날짜 텍스트 크기와 패딩값을 변경

변경사항

기존 텍스트 subheadline(15pt)에서 11pt로 변경
패딩값 조정

스크린샷 (UI 변경 시)

기본 동작 테스트 완료
코드 리뷰 준비 완료
