JIRA ticket: LIMS-1924

Summary:

Updating the owner of a container fails.

Changes:

  • Use the ownerId as the v-model, and then use the OWNER (name) as the initial text

To test:

  • Go to a container (eg /containers/cid/349087) and edit the owner, check it remains updated after a refresh.
