Odin jungfrau configuration

1. Restoring start.sh of odin-jungfrau to reference fastcs-odin rather than fastcs-jungfrau
2. Add jungfrau endpoint to fp.json with port number that increments with the idx

Yes, it will be 8000 for this first deployment. It can be made configurable later if needed

I've made some additional changes to values.yaml of odin-jungfrau to remove the config file path which is not part of the Odin config; and adding a template entry for the data endpoint
