[LIMS-2004] Fix how session page is displayed on smaller screens

Summary:

Previously, the links would only take up part of the page when "wrapped" on a smaller screen, this makes it so that they take up the whole width

Changes:

• Fix how session page is displayed on smaller screens

To test:

• Go to https://local-oidc-test.diamond.ac.uk:9000/proposals/bi40888/sessions/13, shrink the window, check that the links on the side wrap to the bottom and that they take up the whole width
