Adds two optional parameters (
submitButtonandsubmitOnReturn) toVisitInput.submitButtonallows the submit button to be included and istrueby default.submitOnReturnallowsonSubmitto be called on enter key down and isfalseby default.Also added tests, stories and a
handleSubmitfunction in the story to show the behaviour.
