Getting started

Installation

To install SpikeSpy, we recommend using uv, modern Python application managers.Learn more about uv and how to install it by visiting uv, or install it with pip pip install uv. Alternatively, you can install SpikeSpy using pip within a virtual environment or using pipx.

Steps:

# Install SpikeSpy using uv
> uv tool install git+https://github.com/Microneurography/SpikeSpy

# 4. Run SpikeSpy
> spikespy
