Adds DBConvert Streams as an optional online SQLite viewer alongside DB Browser for SQLite and SQLiteOnline. The viewer reads the selected SQLite file in the browser and queries it read-only, which can be useful when inspecting an exported local backup without installing a desktop viewer.
