I'm not sure if you are the maintainer of the package --- there seems to be lots of versions floating around. Here are a couple of fixes for your review.
Repaired package dist so it includes the static file.
Repaired package so it works with modern Django --- not sure when the URL processing changed, but this seems to fix the issue.
