Description:
Implemented a smart contract system for tokenizing physical and digital assets, enabling fractional ownership through fungible tokens. Features include:
Tokenization with metadata and ownership tracking
Minting and burning of tokens by asset owner
Transfer of fractional tokens with support for locked tokens
Minimal dividend distribution mechanism for token holders
Token-weighted voting on asset proposals
Unit tests covering tokenization, transfers, locks, and minimal dividend/voting functionality
