This release implements the two big tasks of Drone Employee project: decentralized drone and air traffic control.
Installation instructions available in README.md.

Minimal drone hardware requirements:

• UAV with MAVLink-compatible flight controller (APM, PX4, 3DR)
• GPS/GLONASS module
• Wireless Internet provider (LTE/3G modem)
• Linux-compatible single board computer (RaspberryPi2)
