Add scroll track option

It would be great if this directive had, it seems to me, that it's not a big deal to add an option for scrollbar-track

Hey @borodinalive! Thank you for the pull request. The changes/additions looks really great! But I'm not going to merge it just yet. I'll be frank - it will be ready when it will be ready. So no fixed release date (but probably something like 1-5 months).

As a workaround for this you can simulate "scroll track" using ::before and ::after pseudo styling on the Vuebar elements.
