This PR adds a comprehensive README and license to the project.

Changes included:

Added README.md with:
- Project title, header image, and badges for CurseForge, Modrinth, and Discord
- Introductory description of Create: Industrialized Architecture
- Features and planned additions lists
- Installation instructions
- License information
- Photos/screenshots of the mod in-game
Added LICENSE file for proper open-source licensing (MIT).
