Support for variable length arrays is a GCC extension that is not
implemented by all C standard compliant compilers.
That helps by speeding up the iterations if the CI is used to fix build
or test errors.
LAGraph: Avoid GCC extensions to the standards
Move static targets into separate exports to allow splitting them off…
CI: Save the ccache even on build or test errors
emit an error or warning if the C/C++/Fortran compilers do not match (keeping default settings in prior SuiteSparse releases)
