Even though Enterprise drives don't have any Shadow MBR themselves, they can be installed in systems together with drives that have it, in which case it can be conventient to unlock all drives at once.

This code is essentially copied from the code in sedutil.cpp, which already handles Enterprise in addition to OPAL 1.0 and OPAL 2.0 SSC.

This works fine with my Seagate Exos X20 (ST20000NM000D) drives.

Is there any particular reason to not merge this PR?

The reason is probably that this project is essentially abandoned. I don't think anyone with contributor status is looking at this anymore. :( At least I haven't seen anyone around for a long time.
You could try one of the various forks that have emerged at this point, a bunch of them are still active afaik.
