lists and line breaks #10

Added how to create lists, nested lists and multiline content within list items.

Added information about line breaks (new lines).

I think we need to decide if the doc guidelines should be a Markdown guide or not. Generic Markdown features are already very nicely documented elsewhere, I think.

It ought to show how to do the things we want people to do. They will all be documented elsewhere, but we’re trying to lower the barrier for contribution as much as possible, and for those new to the system it definitely helps to have it laid out.
