在多进程项目中使用，发现androidx.startup并不能很好的在另一个进程中初始化。
参照MMKV的初始化方式，将AppInitializer内的代码抽出，提供Longan.initialize方法，用于在新进程初始化。
如果项目只有一个进程，引用者不需要任何改动。
