HOST_TOAST Official release!

Changes:

Changed the localhost to 8000 instead of 8080 in the normal web server,
Added FTP server (Drag it to the folder you want to show),

(WARNING! FTP.py STILL USES PORT 8080! IT STILL WORKS!)
