This PR removes Revit sample files from localized folders (fr-FR, es-ES, en-GB) as these samples are now duplicated - Revit provides its own samples, making the Dynamo-provided versions unnecessary and causing them to appear twice in Revit.

Purpose
The Revit samples were removed from en-US locale, but the localization team reached out to remove them from other locales as well, this causes Revit samples to show up twice in Revit, removing them in this PR. Revit samples should not be provided from Dynamo.
