Looks like the merge did the wrong thing here: was this auto-merged? The pure-static support went in before 11.3 so it needs to be in that list. I made a PR to fix: #7182 |

Update the version number to 11.3.
Necessary for compatibility with the new public traces and their
v2p.textproto file (xref: #7136 #7174).
