• markdownlint-cli: v0.44.0 → v0.46.0
• black: 24.10.0 → 25.1.0
• flake8: 7.1.1 → 7.3.0
• pre-commit-hooks: v5.0.0 → v6.0.0
• actionlint: v1.7.7 → v1.7.8

yamllint (v1.37.1) was already current.
