How OLS handles deprecated ontologies

There are certain ontologies in the OBO Foundry that are no longer maintained and are labelled as "deprecated". Some of these ontologies are being actively used by OLS users and being accessed thousands of times over months. As they are not being maintained and updated by the developers, we provide clarity to our users by showing a banner on the OLS webapp, informing them that this ontology is deprecated.

Following is the list of ontology ids which are being loaded into OLS despite being deprecated in OBO Foundry.
