It's now failing because of the hardcoded 2023.06 version in https://github.com/EESSI/dev.eessi.io-scripts/blob/main/bot/bot-build-dev.eessi.io.slurm. I'm making some changes to that script in a local copy, and configured the bot to use that file, so I can do some testing.

EESSI-extend also got installed this time, now it failed on calling the CUDA installation script.

Hmm, the hooks cannot be found, some issue with EESSI_INIT_PREFIX apparently. Debugging...

Ah, I found the issue. I added some cp commands in the job script to copy the updated files from the PRs to the job dir, but they needed to be moved below the git clone command obviously... Let's try again.

PRs with changes to the scripts have been merged. I've removed all custom scripts from the bot account, reconfigured it a bit to point to standard locations again, used a -001 suffix for the RISC-V repo version. Let's see if things still work...

Hmm, the bot/build.sh script overrides the version back to 2025.06-001, because that's in the job.cfg file. Attempting to solve that...

Using a version suffix may be tricky after all, let's try if it still works without the suffix (reverted that change in repos.cfg).
