feat(docs): track download analytics

Proposed change*

This PR adds the capability to track the number of downloads per blueprints, and expose such number in the docs website as total downloads.

As no PII is collected for download analytics, such data points can be collected without the explicit consent.
More detailed analytics via GA4 still require user consent via the cookie banner.
